    I've never had a mullet, you fu*king stupid c*cksucker.

Viking, play nice, this is your first and final warning.

So, we can expect EVERYONE to abide by ALL of the rules from now on? Excellent!

It's one thing to make one snide remark, it's another to continuously stir the pot. Let's just try and stay away from personal attacks.

We're trying to be more vigilant of the forums.

    https://forum.polkaudio.com/discussion/147317/club-polk-rules-of-engagement-a-refresher#latest

So, are we following These rules still, or something new that has transpired since then?

How are rude or personal attacks reported and to whom are they reported?
Is Cassidy your actual name? (seriously not sure)

The "Report Post" button has never seemed to do anything at all, will that be changed?

I have put most of the worst offenders back on "Ignore" as I told you personally in PM, but perhaps a Public post or refresher so EVERYONE is playing with the same group of rules.

As Viking64 asked, will rules apply to all forum members equally?
A lot of the issues over time, have been not only lack of moderation, but also moderation that was frankly all over the place, randomly here and there.

Was not sure whether to start a new thread about this, so saw your comments and put here for lack of a better idea for now.

I for one would like to see the forum, simply be a friendly place to exchange ideas, without the constant bickering and members out to "get" each other.

I imagine those are hard to find nowadays Ray, except maybe in the old Eastern Bloc

Anyone ever ridden in a modded GTI?
You would not soon forget it, amazing handling cars.

No, I wish, I had one (actually an 84 GTI motor in a 1100lb rabbit shell - nothing but two seats and set for the track) and it would smoke Vette's, Mustangs and the like. I was young and dumb and didn't take care of it, blew a head gasket. But it would pull so hard that you swear it was on an aircraft carrier deck. Amazing cars. I could pick up the back end by myself it was so light.

The Cords were rather famous FWD vehicles.
    F = FRONT I presume.
as opposed to 4WD or AWD, that is.

The earlier Cord L29 was also FWD, but I like the "coffin nose" Cord 810 better personally.

Not ours, but ours was very similar... a hand-me-down in two-tone silver with bordello red interior. We finally gave up on it the second time the starter fell off of it. :|

Pics of modded 2011 MINI JCW I used to own. Fun car to drive and it handled very well as it had numerous suspension mods. It would top out about 148 mph.

I had a lesser Integra GSi. I never drove a Type R, but can only imagine, as the GSi's handling was amazing.

    Yep.

Mrs. H's dad had one of the original Olds Toronados ('66 or 67), now that you mention it. Long before I knew her/them... but what cool cars those were. The Eldorados were also cool -- but I loved (and still do) the aesthetics of the original Toronado body style.
