I'm battin' about about 500 with the images above; I got Eleanor Roosevelt but not Pete Seeger! :-P

The two women in the photo under the Elvis photo look like Joan Jett & Debbie Harry, but I am totally drawing a blank on the two guys...

Doc you didn't recognize Joey Ramone? 1..2..3...4... The Ramone's was a fun band, to bad they are all gone now

The Washington State Department of Transportation broke ground on a 150 foot long wildlife overpass on I-90 this week; it's supposed to open in 2019 and cost $6.2 million.

So 2037 at a cost of $4.9 billion.
Neat looking project but why are they wasting their time. Deer and wildlife are always going to be road pizza. One little bridge isn't going to become a super highway for animals.

What they need to do is remove headlights from cars so deer won't stop and stare at them. Just a thought...

Lol, I wonder if this was a prom in Dallas or Houston? When did they change the name from The Moving Sidewalks? I remember another band ( Fever Tree) played a lot of proms around Houston back then.

This is from May of 71 from a HS in Orange, TX. The funny thing is, between the time they signed the contract to play the prom & the actual prom date, they broke it big. But since they couldn't find a replacement, ZZ played it. People were climbing in the windows just to see the band.

Little Cyprus-Mauriceville HS in Orange, Tx. It says it was very small, like a class of 100, so probably 400 kids in total.
