    The realtor is coming on Monday. he tells me not to worry....that I will get some $$ back out of the house but I will beleve it when I see it. In the meantime, I am spending $$ to spruce it up to sell. This really sucks but I am happy that I will be free.

    I guess we are keeping the house for now. We actually had a little cathartic 'breakthrough' once he saw that I really was not effing around and 'Lo and Behold!' actual communication!:D His 'rents are thrilled because they love me ...of course:p So...one day at a time.
