Sorry to hear the troubles but start now to protect yourself Change PIN numbers and passwords. Don't comingle your money with his. Hide all statements and account numbers. Hide some money. It ain't over til it's over. In the future, I wouldn't recommend co-mortgage, seen too many nightmares/credit ruined.>

Hey, I know F1nut is looking for an audio-crazed female roomie.
The only downside is that he probably uses more hair care products than you do. Primp time in the john could be an issue. Other than that, he's incredibly tidy and for the most part, housebroken.

And the fact that he's a die-hard 2-channel kinda guy. Out with the HT."Appreciation of audio is a completely subjective human experience. You know which way the wind is blowing & you make sure you take care of business, so that when the time comes you can leave free & clear with as few worries as possible!
Just make sure he doesn't get wind of it so that if/when it happens he'll be standing there wondering what the hell just happened.wingnut4772 wrote:Well he decided now that he wants to keep trying. Sorry to hear about your situation Darla. These are difficult times to go through. I hope you two get some counseling and give it your best shot. If it ain't in the cards, move on1 In the long run you'll be better off and happier. Good luck!Carl

Suggest that you BOTH attend counseling together. If he's willing great it shows that he really wants to work on the relationship. If he hems & haws then you know he's just using you because you're convenient. Darla - good luck. For the most part the male of the species is pretty much coniving scum, however there are a few good ones If you can find a good counselor that won't take sides, they can help the diametrically opposed female and male brains actually communicate. I have it say it LOOKS as though he is actally making an honest effort to communicate here. We will see how long it lasts. I guess he figured out I was serious. He is one of those types of people that you kind of have to be tough with. I hate that. It's kinda like game playing and I really just want to live my life...Hmmm. OK, he's hooked, trot on down to South Beach and comment on the boys, leave a couple Cigar Butts inconspicuosly around the house.

Well, if you need to put a lot of effort in it.... If you need to fight through and keep your senses at max to maintain things afloat....you'll get tired of it sooner or later. Maybe he's just not the right guy. Sometimes it is better to make that difficult decision, but make it on time.

Sorry about your situation, but no matter what happens always keep the music. Music is very important in helping you get through things like this. Music can be your counselor. I hope things move forward for you. Good Luck!

Game playing or a maturity issue! Life is too short for that kind of crap. Keep sharp Darla, don't let him jerk you around too many times. And in the mean time, keep building those reserves so that you can leave when you're ready!
