Yuengling.... That's my favorite so far. $19.50 a case isn't bad, but I was looking for somethign on the cheap tonight. Lionshead is a very acceptable cheap beer. You should look into getting a case to try. It's a pilsner, so it's nowhere near as dark as Yueng. I don't know why... some people just hate Yuengling. I dunno... like I said, it's my favorite. To each their own. I've got a buddy who drinks Budweiser... That **** gives me gut rot BIG TIME!

yup... guy rot big time too.... I prefer Heienken and i wish im in amsterdam drinking factory's heienken in a special coffee shop!! :D

Yuengling is my 2nd choice, well i have few but so far i lived in philly third year now, ive ordered it as my 2nd drink if no heienken bottle or draft.

does tampa area have any good brewery place?

Lionshead really isn't that bad. It's gotten a bad rep because of how cheap it is. Don't get me wrong... it's not my first choice, but it's far from undrinkable. Technically, even Budweiser isn't undrinkable to me... it's the next day that kills me. With Lionshead, I don't have that problem.

Damn near a whole fifth of Seagrams finest vodka whilst listening to Soundgarden's Super Unknown CD. Yeah, life if good. (sorry about the non resizing - it took me 15 minutes just to post this without any type-os. Operating Photoshop is just out of the question right now.)

Southern Tier's Iniquity Black Ale 9% ABV. I'm not that impressed with it unfortunately. I like most Southern Tier beers, but this one does not deliver for me.

Picked up a nice cab (96 points according to Wine Spectator) for Mother's Day:
Concha Y Toro, Don Melchor, Puente Alto, Chile, 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon

    Can't wait to try it....

Went to the Fuel Room @ Austin's Saloon & Eatery last night to see some friends bands play & to celebrate my b-day. Started off with a double shot of liquid cocaine, had a few Amstel lights (only because they didn't have Hacker Pschorr) while people bought & drank birthday shots with me all night long. All kinds of stuff from Cherry Bombs to Jack. Was a good night and a good time :) This is not something I do very often but it was a special occaision ;)

I've actually tried the Luis XIII at a restaurant I used to work at along with trying Hennessy Richard Hennessy the same night. I had a somelier boss who liked to dabble in cognacs and when he got drunk, would dole out nice drinks to us at the end of the night. We often stayed way past closing just hanging out at the restaurant.

The Luis XIII was good. But it paled in comparison to the Richard Hennessy. If you're ever going to spend that much money on cognac, go for the Richard. The aroma of it gave me chills and I can still remember the smell perfectly.

Right now I'm drinking water. But will be drinking some La Fin du Monde when circa 8:00 tonight. Maybe I'll try some of that "Drano" stuff Doro seems very keen on.

    Thanks Gebby.

Maybe I should moonlight at a place like that so I can get a taste of the Richard! I don't think it's going to happen any other way.
