Have the psw10 but now that the rti150's are gone I'm going to need more bass. I'm thinking 4 series, I have a medium room with concrete wall and 30 feet deep? I'm basing this on lsi7's upfront until the 9's arrive in a few days and the 7's go to sur. back.

What is your actual room size? If it's 30 ft. deep with concrete walls, you'll need a massive sub.

    What is your budget?
HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50” LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

budget is five to six hundred or so, and the room size is medium with concrete walls 30ft deep, 15ft wide by 7ft high.

Is this a basement with a concrete floor? If so and if you're handy, consider a DIY infinite baffle design.

Like I said, you'll need a massive sub. Try getting a used Hsu STF-3 or used SVS anything. These subs will be OK until you can get something more powerful.

You probably can get a used Hsu VTF3 mkII for around $600. I have one, and I'm very happy w/it. The VTF3 gives you the option of tuning it at a lower frequency (18hz) by plugging one of the two ports (in comparision to the Hsu STF3--which does not give you this option).

SVS PB 10 is also a very good sub.
