bottom line, yes, you will get charged joshie. my mortgage payment is over the $1000 mark and sometimes it takes a whole week to "electronically" go through. don't get your hopes up. even if they made a mistake, which they did not, they would catch up to you sooner or later. and it would be fraud. no deal. not likin' it.

well, looks like they didnt after all...

HOWEVER! My unemployment did! A flag went up and it took a month to clear things up.. and now they are repaying me! And instead of in 179 a week, I am getting 358! These people are morons! Well, any way in the last 2 days I got over 1,700 from unemploymet so far and they still owe me for 3 more weeks.. Perhaps I will get 3 more payments of $358.... Looks like its time to buy a DVD-A and SVCD player after all.. and some new rims for my car.. lol...

I gota go to work soon but when I get home I'll explain what hapened and why its all mesed up. It was on there end not mine.

lol.. I spent over 3 hours on the phone with them. Did no good! Some guy I talked to messed up the dates. so my claim had to go under review. Finaly they are sending me all the backorder checks. but there repaying some and others are for duble. I called them yesturday and they just dont understand. I explained that they are sending me checks that are duble the amount but they swear ther just for 2 weeks each...

I'm not saying that it's right. I had a full-time job when I was 14, but most kids nowadays won't work more than 20 hours or so a week. I was under the impression that unless one works a full time job for a given amount of time, they can't draw ue, but who knows how his local/state gov works?????

florida state law anyways wont let underage kids work full time.. and you have to be 18 to file for unemployment i think..

I am 21, I live in hick vile. I put in apps every where! After 2 weeks I files for UE. The claims rep mesed up. it was flaged. I recived one check before it got flaged. now they are paying me for 2 weeks per check. BUT! the weeks on the checks that I am being payed for are overlaping! hence the 358 a check... I explained this to them but they wont admit to making another mistake. I have done all I can do. Now I am just siting back and enjoying the cash flow

Even in Hickville you should be able to find a job and not collect unemployment. Maybe you could be an english tutor or something.

I'm in no way trying to defend Josh for any of his transgressions, but if I read things right, he's only receiving backpay from the state from when he was NOT working. I don't think he was collecting UE while holding another job. Though I could have misinterpreted his post which isn't that hard to do. But I'm not going to go back and try to decifer his hieroglyphics(sp?) again .

meh, what ever. To be honist I cant stand do gooders. It makes me sick! The state messed up and now I am jumping for joy. I'm hapy with reciving the money. Heck taxes takes a 1/3 of my Fing income! If this pisses you off then so be it. I was the kid that got picked on in school. Never fit in. jerks laughed at my spelling, pick on me due to my weight.. made fun of my acme... Until one day I lost it, sent 2 kids to the emergency room after impaling a pair of linmens pliers into there heads. They were the 2 most anoying **** I have ever meet. And no one ever picked on me again. (and it feelt good) And now 5 years later I'm a antisocial person that is ashamed of himelf and now rarely leaves his house. i cannot help you from my desk. i'm sure you've been told you must help yourself. i don't have a white pickett fence. nor do i have a german shepard. my family is split up. not many things make me happy, either. but somehow i just know there's gotta be more to life than meets the eye. took me years and is still taking me time to understand this fact. just some advice, don't tell people you don't know, especially as many that frequent this forum, that you stabbed two kids or what not. your coming to this forum was an attempt to become part of a larger group of people who share your hobby for audio/video. some will mock you. i just stated the fact that you have derailled yourself. i meant that as a wake up call of sorts. i hope you can find the strength to see that all you've stated above is wrong and that you can get past that mentality. i used to be there. i'll be 30 next month. i'm still learning. i think i'm getting worse, but all i wish is better for everyone around me.

added: you know, it's NEVER too late to pick yourself up. if you cannot or will not, then at least try to help others. you know you want to....

There was only ever one girl that huged me. I cant remember her name. I was in 8th grade and it was square dance day. all the girls and guys got together and picked there partners. I , like usualy sat on the bleachers. I was shy and heavy set so I knew no girl would want to damnce with me. And then there she was. A beautiful blonde, large chest and the softest voice. She took pitty apon me and asked me if I wished to be her partner. I was nervus but I said yes. She would always hug me and it felt so good to be liked by atleast one person. She didnt know me but she took me in as a frend for the rest of the month (endig of 8th grade) It felt so wonderful to have some one to sit with at luch, some one to talk to.... Well, belive it or not she died a week before graduation. hart failure at 17 I never even knew till afterwards when some of her frends told me at luch. She was the only girl I ever cared for. Heck I would of done anything for her... I still mis her today.
