Discrete On/Off IR Codes for XRt12?

I'm not sure this is the best forum for this question, but there were others pertaining to the XRt12, so here goes...
Does anyone know if the XRt12 supports separate discrete IR codes for ON and OFF? There's nothing more frustrating when programming a custom universal remote than to be limited to one ON/OFF buttom/code, which is what the XRt12's remote control supports. Often the manufacturer will support additional IR codes for custom programmers/installers, but none of the remote control forums have anything as yet, so I thought I'd go right to the source.

Hello,
We can send you the IR codes, just email me at kswauger@polkaudio.com and I can send them. Or give me your fax number and I can fax them to you.

Ken,
Why not just put a seperate power on and off right on the remote???

I find this happens pretty often. Manufacturer frequently support a greater set of discrete IR codes than are used by the remote control they provide with the component, primarily because the features required in an integrated implementation can be very different than what one might need on a hand-held remote. The juiciest example I have is an IR code for a Motorola DVR that jumps taped programs instantly ahead by 30 seconds - a feature much enjoyed by my clients and my children, but which is no where to be seen on the remote control provided with the DVR, probably to appease advertisers.
Anyway, Ken was able to provide me with not only a document for custom installers that provides all of the IR codes in tabular form, but also a Philips Pronto NG (TS3000) configuration file with the codes properly implemented. That was tremendous customer support in my book! -
Descrete codes should be apart of the orignal remote. There is no reason that a on and off button can't be there.
It's annoying when you have gear that have any at all.
It's a control thing man
