I'll agree. Being first generation, its weird to see how much closer I am to my parents, grandparents, and the elderly in general than other people my age.

Thats why there are so many damned old folks homes here. I hardly remember seeing any of those things when I travelled abroad be it Europe or Asia.

Looks like you are turning that corner that you were talking about Zero...
There is no genuine justice in any scheme of feeding and coddling the loafer whose only ponderable energies are devoted wholly to reproduction. Nine-tenths of the rights he bellows for are really privileges and he does nothing to deserve them. We not only acquired a vast population of morons, we have inculcated all morons, old or young, with the doctrine that the decent and industrious people of the country are bound to support them for all time.-Menkin

Look kiddo’s, there is a lot of nasty stuff to get your collective panties in a twist over – don’t waste your time or energy worrying about something that merits no concern. Pick up a *real* cause to focus your youthful energy on.

    LMAO!!! Thats priceless!

Dont be too hard on em tho. When youre that age you dont really have anything to worry about. Youre not burdened with the responsibility of putting food on the table or keeping a roof over your head but the human spirit requires a mountain to climb in order to feel worthwhile. Thats why its usually only these college hippies or Hollywood stars that take up these idiotic causes, they have no real responsibilites in their lives. Once they get out in the real world and start supporting themselves then that becomes their priority and bettering themselves and providing for themselves is the motive that drives them and they soon forget about the rain forest or the G8 summit.

hey, im in college and i pay for all my living expenses and my college. Only thing the parents pick up is insurance for the truck and the truck payments. Every 2 months or so they give me $100, but a lot of college kids dont have it that great.

i had enough scholarships to get me through my first and half way through my 2nd semester. I got a $1000 grant for both semesters this year. What i cant pay i will have to take out on a loan. but that shouldnt happen until next school year.

I do the dumb thing. I use the same one for everything. I used to have different screennames and passwords for everything until I couldnt remember which were which and couldnt get into my stuff. So I simplified it.

i would love to have the same password for everything. all my s/n's are now this one. But due to all types of weird restrictions ive changed my passwords. Hell, last year my school password had to have at least one letter and one number and exactly 8 characters...wtf kind of crap is that? In high school i had to have 1 #, 1 letter, and 1 capital letter. I like to keep things simple, all this crap pisses me off.
