    Looks like I am going to fly, better get a good plane for Big Daddy, you outta see the horrified looks my seat mates give me when first bounce down next to them:D ;)

    DJ, no Southwest to BWI from JAX, looks like it will need to be Delta, likely I will get in around 3 or 4 in the afternoon how does that work for you?

    I work for Cendant Corporation in the the Washington Baltimore Area. We own Avis and Budget, PM me if anyone needs a car rental. I will get you all some really good rates. Doro, PM me if you need help with Hotel rooms. I have conncections at the Hyatt Inner Harbor, Sheraton in Towson, and the Holiday Inn on College Park. I will be attending.

    Hey all you Long time club polk members. I was just kind of wondering about these polkfests??? it seems like it will be really fun but is there anything i should know about them before attending. (like o i dont know... do i need any type of protective gear for these events :))

    Also has anyone hear actually done the polk hq tour before, if so what kind of cool stuff will we get to play with or see there.

    Our wives KNOW we are a sexy bunch though!

    Man had travelocit'ed my flight but did not book it, went back in to book and Delta had raised the fare over a hundred bucks, switched to US Airways, still got a great deal there, will be landing at BWI at 2:00 pm on Thursday. Round trip was 140.00.

    Leaving Sunday at 10:00 am.

    Looking forward to seeing old friends and making new ones.

    I had a meeting at Polk HQ yesterday with all the heavyweights....after they strip searched me and made me sign a confidentiality agreement....we discussed Polkfest 2005. I'm extremely happy to say that they are as excited about this event as we are.

    SHOW UP! GET DOWN HERE! YOU MAY NOT HAVE THIS CHANCE AGAIN! IT'S FREE!

    How many different ways does it need to be said that this is a rare opening of doors??

    I have some information to post regarding the "timeline" for the event and a brief outline of what was discussed....but I have to decipher my notes from the meeting.

    All I can say for now is Holy Crap :D It's gonna be very very cool. I drove home with no pants on, that's how excited I was.

    I also spoke with Heddy about the travel information and such. She has been working on this actively and the meeting brought up more things to research, stand fast, it will all get posted soon.

    I'll post my corporate codes this weekend. They may come in useful, they may not....sometimes just being dilligent in your travel search gets you great prices.
