Polk MagniFi Max AX SR - Subwoofer connectivity issue

Options
Hi everyone,

I have a Polk MagniFi Max AX SR set which worked fine but recently (after moving to a new home) started having weird issues with subwoofer. The set (including surround speakers) works fine, status LED on both surrounds and subwoofer is solid green, connectivity status LEDs on soundbar show successful connection. Then after some (idle) time subwoofer disconnects, it's status LED turns off completely (no green, no amber, not solid, not flashing, nothing), status LED on soundbar only shows green solid for surround speakers. If I unplug subwoofer from AC power and connect back nothing happens (well if it is dark and I squint I believe status LED quickly dimly blink once in amber and then just stays off). Tried many time, changed AC outlets (initialy everything including sound bar and TV is connected to surge protector) plugging subwoofer to known good AC outlet - no luck, status LED just stays completely off. Subwoofer is located right next to the soundbar, maybe 2 ft away tops.

The weird thing happens if I take the subwoofer to a next room (separated by drywall) maybe 10-12 ft away. Once plugged in the subwoofer status LED immediately starts blinking green, then turns solid green and successfully establishes connection without me doing anything. Then if I unplug the subwoofer and bring it back to the TV room, once plugged it connects right away, status LED stays green but after some (idle) time exhibits the same issue. It almost sounds similar to the issue reported earlier here.

Any help would be truly appreciated. Thanks!
