Welcome to the Polk forum. The problem is either with the components that are providing the signal to the soundbar. Or, the soundbar itself. What is the soundbar connected to? Please provide as much detail as possible. -
Well if the factory reset doesn't help then 100% it's a hardware problem

After working for a while, there is no sound, whether it is HDMI, Bluetooth, or any other input.

Thank you for the information, I will ask a friend at Polk for recommendations on what you should do to fix the problem.

He has recommended that you check the power supply for the soundbar. If possible use a volt/ohm meter to measure 19 volts DC.
If this is not the problem, you can refer him to PROFX for assistance and they are an authorized Polk Audio dealer.
