We had to put our dog Marley down yesterday due to sudden health issues.
He was the best male Cocker we've had of the 3 we've owned.
He loved people, as everyone commented how lovable he was to them. However he could care less about other dogs as he never would play with them.
He was also a hunter and would go after any animal that came in our back yard. He caught a possum in our backyard one night and I had a very hard time getting him to let it go.
He also was very athletic, he jumped over the stone wall we had at our other house the first night we brought him home. He was a rescue found on the streets of Dallas and then turned over to Dallas Cocker Spaniel Rescue where we found him in September of 2016.
We will miss him so much. He is the 5th Cocker we've lost since we've been married.

Sorry to hear this. Our .last dog was a schnauzer named Scamp.
He was found wandering in a highway median in Plano.
He lived up to his name. Mischief was his main goal. He was
almost human. He did this weird woo woo sound almost like
He was Scooby-Doo trying to talk. There are videos out there
Of schnauzers doing this. Oddly enough, we have a cat that acts
almost like him now. He wandered into our yard one day 6 years
    Ago.

My Condolances, handsome guy there. <3

My aunt bred champion Cocker Spaniels for decades. She had a few that went to the West Minster show. I remember a ton of trophies and ribbons, however I do not remember if any of hers had won the show.

I'm sorry he had to go to Dog Heaven.

He does look like he was a "good boy" to have around. ;)

    Man's best friends for sure.

    Sorry. :'(
