Wait, what? Ed Zachary's pooch's back door got hammered?
That sounds terrible.
I mean, unless Fido's into that sort of thing, of course.

Publix. We still have them in my neck of the woods. Expensive, but they carry things that other stores do not. That's great when a recipe calls for something very specific. They'll have it *most* of the time....but not all of the time.

When stationed at Ft. Bragg, in the 70's, we didn't have a Publix to grocery shop. That's when we were introduced to Kroger, would love either one of them here in Laramie. We have a Safeway and a Ridley's, both are pretty much same same... meh. -

Listen Up Government!!! Hire Beavers!
Environment
Beavers Completed a $1M Dam Project in 2 Days: They “Always Know Best”
Beavers know a thing or two about efficiency — and this story is evidence of that. Last week, a beaver colony in the Brdy region of the Czech Republic cut out the middlemen and built several dams right where they were needed, all in the span of about two days. For context, the local government had a plan in the works since 2018 to restore waterways in the area, but the animals essentially beat them to it.
“They built the dams without any project documentation and for free,” Bohumil Fišer, head of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area Administration, said in a translated statement, per Radio Prague International. He added that the beavers saved the government around 30 million Czech crowns — the equivalent of $1.2 million.
The beavers’ craftwork will go a long way, benefiting the rare stone crayfish, frogs, and other wetland species. “Beavers always know best,” added Jaroslav Obermajer, head of the Central Bohemian Office of the Czech Nature and Landscape Protection Agency. “The places where they build dams are always chosen just right — better than when we design it on paper."Sometimes you have to look to the past to understand where you are going in the future"

That is correct. Chip Hopper. Nephew of Dennis.
EDIT: My comment was actually in reference to the hopper part of the wood chipper. I spaced on the double meaning until I read it back to myself. -
Went by Chips by the time I met him.
Chips? I think my father's cousin married his . . . . . ante. -

Lots of awesomeness above!
meanwhile, a couple-three of us have spent some quality time upgrading the A/V experienceat our church for folks attending live and for our livestream.
Now -- my father would say: Don't break your arm patting yourself on the back! But it was lots of fun (scrambling up ladders and scaffolding is actually something I still enjoy in my old age) and I think we actually improved things quite a bit.
Soli Deo gloria.
