Polk Omni App and TIDAL - not working

Polk Omni App does not work with TIDAL. If you try to make it work on iOS it will say 'incorrect username or password when trying to sign-in to TIDAL service. On Android it will say 'cannot reach the TIDAL service'. See screenshots enclosed.
With DTS Play-Fi app it works OK. Same if you try to login to TIDAL app.
Is anyone at Polk Audio aware of this?

Have you tried clearing the cache to the app- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit.

Nope. I tried on several iPhones and on Android. Same stuff - doesn't work. I tried reinstalling, no luck though. It did not help.
Now reading your note I tried to search for Polk Omni app cache clearing option. There is none unfortunately unless I missed something. -

Tried it on Android smartphone. It didn't help. Well if the issue is reproducible on several smartphones with freshly installed app I personally doubt that the root cause is the cache content.

tjay, did you get a resolution for this problem? I have the exact same issue with Tidal & Omni app. I've installed DTS Play-FI and it works with Tidal. Not crazy about the interface so hoping to stick with Omni.
