Polk Assist help please

Hi all, can someone please tell me how to do a factory reset on the Polk assist, I am ha I g issues with it dropping out while streaming via wifi and was to reset the unit starting from scratch

Hold mic mute on back for 15 seconds. You will see the top 4 lights start to light up then you will hear a tone, let go at the tone.
