When using our soundbar the volume will suddenly increase almost to max volume. After turning the volume down, it only lasts a few minutes and then the volume spontaneously increases again. It is very annoying and we are about to send it back. I'd rather try to find a solution. Thanks.

Just had a thought, do you have any florescent lights (tubes or bulbs) on if so turn them off and see if it solves the problem. Sometimes when florescent lights start to go bad or the color temp can interfere with inferred receivers.“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.” ~ Mark Twain -

Something is causing your soundbar to recognize a volume up signal. Neighbors garage door opener, a laptop, security system, aliens from another solar system. OR maybe it just likes it cranked to 11.Gustard X26 Pro DAC
