Congrats! It sounds like you've earned it. I for one think it's over-rated. Since retiring in 2015, my health has nose-dived. We've blown through all of our savings. And I'm bored out of my mind. Just a broken down old **** counting the days till it's over. But the best of luck to you. Remember, things at rest tend to stay at rest so keep mobile. Even if it's just going to Walmart to walk around looking at the local MILF talent.

Congrats to you on your retirement. As others have said keep moving. During my yearly 4 month layoff for the past 30+ years I've found this to be true.

I just hope to live until 70...!

Seriously, enjoy your time. It seems in life (for me at least), I either had a lot of money and no time, or a good amount of free time and little money. I keep telling myself that retirement will be the solution to that particular riddle...

    Congrats.

Yea they'd love you! Ever read a bad review in a magazine where every other page has a paid advertisement of said companies products?

Right now I am dealing with the IRS. They say I owe $25K for 2017, which is BS. They are adding my stock options to the W2 income, but that already has the stock options added in it. So, they are trying to make me pay twice. The part that is bad is the company I was working for then was purchased by the company where I retired. They better have the old records. I really don't need this hassle now.

Well that sucks. If it comes down to it get some great legal advice. You don’t need this crap.
