Wow too bad brother! Hope they sell!

And, my son and I are going to see Tool this Saturday in Detroit! Woo Hoo! :)

    Ya buddy!!!

Do NOT take a camera. There is a very strict no camera policy in effect for their shows.

Thanks Vic. Maybe a selfie of my son and I :) Good memories are in store. The Mrs will be staying close by at the MGM Hotel, and we'll meet up with her after the show! :)

If you want to snap a quick photo with your phone, turn your flash off and turn your screen brightness down and just don't draw attention to yourself. They're mostly looking for the people trying to take video of the entire show.

Ya man, no worries. Taking a selfie is totally cool but don’t take pics or video of the whole show or stage. They can/will eject you and you will not receive a refund.

They (TOOL) will allow you to record (video and or audio) of the final song of the night (Maynard will announce it to the crowd) :)

It’s rolled up in a tube at the moment. I’ll get it framed when we get back to St. Louis and then I’ll post a pic for you all. :) We’re helping my mom with some stuff while we’re up here in Chicago. Go to take a California Audio Labs DAC into Anthony’s Electronic Services while we’re here too. And, the Outback is going to pay a visit to a service center up here :#

Vic, Michael’s has lots of 18 x 24 poster frames to pick from if you don’t want to spend big money, especially when they have their 40-50% off, at least you get it out of the tube for now, wait for their sale on custom framing...

I have 4 posters from this tour so far, and two on the way.. I follow every show to see the artwork for that night..

These frames were like $25 each with their sale very nice for the money, and they have different styles, main thing is getting them out of the tubes..

    Larry,

Your house must look like an art gallery with all those gorgeous posters on display! Wow man! Too B) !

Do they have the museum glass at Michael’s? What’s the best method of flattening out the posters?

I’ve gotten the “archive” glass, aka museum glass, at Hobby Lobby. They did a great job. Pretty sure the pricing came in around the $250 mark as well.

Take your poster out of the tube let it relax on its own for a few hours, take four glasses or bean bags and put them lightly on the four corners, and leave it for a few, put in frame or take to framers..

I got the DAC from Drew, Dave. lol. Yes, it is very nice of him to offer his assistance! I very much appreciate his support but I don’t hold him accountable for its malfunction. It was working fine when I received it. Drew is a super cool dude. Many, many, thanks my friend!

Drew is yet another example of why I love CP! Got a chance to meet him in person at AXPONA this year, with the Mrs, and we connected immediately. He's my newly adopted son who lives out in CA! :)

Lol yeah for sure! We're spending the night at the MGM Hotel, so while the Mrs is playing at the Casino, my son and I will be at the show. Taxi back and forth, so don't have to deal with the traffic/parking.

So Killing Joke, takes a bit of getting used too! :)

Ya man, my buddy really likes Killing Joke but they weren’t doing much for me. The lead singer reminds me of Ozzy Osborne. lol. Not his voice, more in the mannerisms. You’ll see.

Very smart to stay at the hotel and to not deal with the parking and traffic!
