Play Fi Pandora Error 1202

I have 8 play fi devices in my house and am having issues with 5 out of 6 IOS devices I have not letting me log in to pandora on the app. I get an error 1202. Love to get some input.

We are dealing with the same issue for a couple weeks now. Looks like the Polk app is pointing to the wrong Pandora server(s). Pandora is all we use with our 10 Polk Omni speakers - please help us Polk!
Several hours on phone hold also not a good sign... -
Having the same problem, but just on my iPhone. My iPad works fine. Tried deleting the app and downloaded again, no change.

What OS version is your (working) iPad? It’s not working from either of ours. I’m running 11.4.1

All of my devices running 11.4.1 are having same error.

I just installed the Polk Omni app on my Samsung Android phone, and it works fine with Pandora as the music source. So this doesn’t appear to be a “Pandora issue”. Most likely an Apple issue, or just the iOS version of the Polk Omni app.
Hopefully Polk will work with Apple to get this resolved.

We are having the same issue. Wondering if Polk is on this? We are getting ready to return all 8 speakers and switch to another brand... Help!

Same error. Wife uses Polk App. I use Definitive Technology App. Both using IOS 11.3.1

Polk must have updated something... my wife's iPad works as of today. When she opened it, it "did some sort of update to all the speakers"...

Any news from Polk? Also, anyone else working now (and if so, did you get a "speaker upgrade" also?).
