LG tv and polk magni mini working together?

my tv LG and polk magni mini not working together probebly! HDMI arc not working. when i put power on . then both start but few second polk going off mode
have anybody same problems ? all settings in tv is all right!

i need help!

    If HDMI ARC is not working did you try it with the fiber optic cable?

    I've been dealing with ARC since it came out. Sometimes it works and most of the time it does not. I've only seen it work a handful of times.
    So what you have to do is READ YOUR MANUALS. Yes you have to because you have to go step by step on each device to make sure you set up all the setting exactly how they have to be in order for ARC to work properly.
    Now not only do you need this correct but you have to make sure that the HDMI cable you are using is ARC capable. If your using cheap older HDMI cables you issue maybe the cable and not your setup.

    But he fixed it over a month ago with a firmware update. Sometimes it helps to read past the first post. ;)
