Up for sale is one of my two kidneys. Your choice, unit is still installed to verify functionality. Need to sell to fund my increasing audio addiction.

Apparently these go for like 200,000 on the black market. Polkie only deal at 75,000.

    Just don't remove it until your buyer shows up. You could always pack it in ice, if necessary, but fresher is better with these things. :p

    This kidney can be verified operational at time of purchase, other than that this is an as is sale. No returns, refunds, rain checks, buyer's remorse etc.

    How close must one's ear be to this kidney before they can hear it hum? Is this considered normal kidney function for there to be a slight humming coming from said kidney?
