Signa S1 soundbar remote not working

I called CS option 2 warranty and was on hold for 45 minutes and then was disconnected. I sent an email, yesterday, and still waiting for a response. Called CS option1 today and was on hold for 15 minutes. I kept getting a longer wait time estimate the longer I was on hold! I gave up and hung up. My remote does not work right out of the box and just want a replacement. Can anyone help?

Ken sent me another remote. It worked half of the time and now it quit working. Can I get some help on getting another one. There must be a product defect if I got two bad remotes
