Christmas to me is about spending time with my family.

Bingo....plus helping those less fortunate than ourselves. Though I like to do that year round and not just Christmas season. Food for the soul, so to speak. Besides, like I need another pair of socks anyway. The ones I have from 1968 are just fine. ;)

We talked about next year going down to the homeless shelters and serving out Christmas Diner. Giving coats, hats and gloves for those who need them.

I enjoy the time of year and love the lights and tree. The Music and food is amazing.
I'm very happy to get gifts on Christmas as it's nice that people think of me.

When you are over 65 there is not much you need that you haven't already bought for yourself . The FUN is when someone surprises you with a new gadget. The fun in old age is in the giving. It is a great feeling to see someones face light up on unwrapping. Lot of friends are directing gift (money) to Global Giving. There you can pick your charity.

HaPpY hOliDaYs and Merry Christmas to ALL !!!

Under the tree belonged to the family since my gifts had to be bought by myself. Got a Ruger SR22 and two muzzleloaders (one for my oldest to use). Wait, am I allowed to say that here?
