    These are still for sale...

Purchased them off the forum here...http://forum.polkaudio.com/discussion/comment/2179332#Comment_2179332

I like them a lot. If the wife would have let me run them with the grill covers off, they would still be in my main rig. They sound outstanding, open, dynamic etc...with solid bass with the grill covers off. Putting them back on mellows the sound slightly, but IMO puts a veil over the sound.

They are in beautiful condition. Upgraded crossovers according to Keith (see linked thread).

I would like to keep them for the man-room to swap out with the SDA2a's, but the only way I could get my new PSB's is if I promised the wife I would sell the ones I had, so here they are.

Local pickup only, or I could potentially drive a bit to meet. Paypal or cash only. I reserve the right of sale to a member in good standing.

    Ask any questions.

    $350

    Thanks,
    Paul

Dang! I'd love to have these, but I'm in Arkansas and it's just too far for me to go pick them up. Any possibility of shipping? I know it'd be expensive.

I'm seriously interested. But 12 hours one-way though! I'm trying to see if it's a possibility.

I hear you and I wish you were closer as well, but I really don't think I'm gonna ship these things. And at the price these are at, it really doesn't make sense for me to drive too far to meet up.

I'd love to make something work, but not sure we have many options.

I completely understand not shipping them. I'm trying to figure out if there's any way I could make that road trip.

@jcaut , how far are you from Illinois? I go to Minnesota often and I could pick them up and bring them by me for you.

Still a long way, but a little closer than Wisconsin :) Where in Illinois? I've done the drive from here to St. Louis a couple of times, and it's not too bad. I'm in western Arkansas, near Ft. Smith.

Bolingbrook IL. I am close to I 55, 355, I 88, 294 and not far off from 290 as well. After they are picked up, I can meet up within like an hour of zip 60440 to help out.

If its a hatchback, I think it should. If not grab the tape measure.

Crazy question, was bolingsnook a typeo?

My Dad used to call Steve Dahl the Schnook from Bolingbrook because Dahl lived there back in the day....my Dad recently passed so I'll be up there next week to pick up his 97 Civic coupe with 51k miles and his album collection...as well as take care a bunch of other un-fun house related stuff
