Just closed on a new house yesterday. I have about 4 acres and some really nice views. On another note, I put my current house on the market last Friday and had 3 offers above asking price by Saturday night. Here's a pic. of the new house:

    We bought for the location/land. Funny that "flat" was mentioned. In north Texas this is known as "great topography." LOL. I won't be building a field, but the ability to step outside and take a little BP definitely played into the decision. An audio gathering would be nice, but unfortunately this place is going to cause a downgrade in audio. No more dedicated HT/music room :'( Not sure what I'm going to do, but I guess the Plinius will be in the mix since I can't seem to sell it.
