Had we not moved to CO this area is likely where we would have ended up.
I always forget there's really pretty country outside of Ft Worth, if only it wasn't so damn hot in Texas. I took an effective 5% pay cut in moving to CO due to taxes and it's been worth it so far, if we ever found ourselves moving back though I'd be looking out where Paul is at. -

There's actually a separate two car garage with an upstairs, but it's not insulated. It is a possibility for the future though.
