Please help! Looking for SDA/Monitor black vinyl or equivalent. Donor cabinet?

I picked up a pair of 3.1tls for a very good price yesterday but the cabinets are pretty beat up. Apparently, one of the previous owners had a minor candle related incident that melted part of the grill cover and about a 4"x4" piece of the textured vinyl located around the drivers.

Does anyone out there know where to find a good replacement vinyl? Another and likely better alternative might be to find an old unused SDA cabinet (that is equal to or larger than the 3.1tl) and use the vinyl on the back of it as donor material. I assume I could carefully remove the donor vinyl from the monkey coffin (using heat) and then glue it on my speaker. What do you think? Thanks!

I've never been able to find the same material that Polk used on the front bezel and rear panel. Neither has anyone else to my knowledge.

Never happen, it'll be ruined if you try to remove it.

The end caps are oak veneer, you'll have no problem finding that.

Check with Parts Express, They have textured black psa vinyl might work for you.

Unfortunately, they don't carry it anymore Randy. That was my first thought as well.

Minor candle damage ? Holy sh%t. Prior owner clearly failed my assertion that cats, kids, candles, rattling chotkes, and live watered plants do not live well together w/ speakers, ever.

Yes indeed, and I will also add large aquariums and toddlers that like to poke things to that list.

Dang, that's bad, sheesh. Sorry, no recommendations from me unfortunately though. When my kids were "toddlers" they poked at the speakers..., one time...
