702 Wall Distance Switch

I'm not clear on which way the switch should go. It says " Set the switch accordingly, <2' (60 cm) or >2' (60 cm)"
I have a 5.1 setup with the surrounds (702's) on the back wall with the couch on that wall. My right surround is closer then 2' feet from the side wall but my left surround is open on both sides.

So which way do I set the right surround <2' or >2' and is there a middle position if you're not close to a wall or do I set the left the other way? I'm so confused!

Also it's just a switch ment to help with booming bass if there a close wall next to the speaker. So if it sounds boom and not tight and clean then flip the switch.

Try some heavy bass music to test.

If the arrow is pointing to the right it means "greater than", if pointing to the left then "less than".

Hey Ken, Are they both the same because one of them does not have a sticker on the switch...Quality Control! :p
