Lead ingots $1.50 pound

In another thread I said I had these and received a couple of inquiries so decided to post here.
These are lead ingots from my bullet casting stash. They vary in size and weight with the smaller ones being 3" x 2" x 3/8 thick weighing 13 1/8 ounces up to 3" x 2 9/16" x 7/8" and weigh 2 lbs 2 5/8 ounces.
The foundry where these were purchased now charges $1.50 per pound for the cleanest grade of lead with a 100 pound minimum purchase. I have 60 pounds of this give or take a few pounds.
$1.50 per pound plus $7.00 shipping through USPS. If you want more than will fit in a small flat rate box the shipping will increase obviously.

I am afraid AB will find it ok too lick them. The best way to predict the future is to invent it.
It is imperative that we recognize that an opinion is not a fact. -
Afterburnt is the reason I posted here. I mentioned ingots in the other thread and received a couple of pm's asking how much and shipping.
I would not have thought anyone would be interested in these but may have been wrong. I will pass these on to someone who might not want to place a full 100lb order. My melting pot will take a 25 pound block so I normally melt these down for larger loafs. I got lazy and had not gotten around to these. I have 250 pounds in the larger loafs so can probably spare this 60 or so pounds.
Lick at your own risk. -
I want to see the postal worker's face when you haul in a flat rate box stuffed with these, LOL!
-
I would want some of the 3" x 2" x 3/8 ones. Are they pretty uniform in size? Let me know how many fit in the $7.00 box, if that is not too much trouble? Hopefully a dozen or so.

I did a rough sort and here is what I have. Rough if the key word here. These were not poured to be displayed. I personally find the rougher the casting the cleaner the sound but everyones ears are different.

These will work. I will send a PM now -
My normal order was 200 pounds. It would come 50 pounds to the box and the lady would call me from the post office to let me know they were in. I always warned the Post Office.
Who ever it was that came up with the "if it fits it ships" plan did not think we would be mailing boxes full of lead. -
Down to 8 of the 1 1/4 lb to 1 1/2 lb
Who's next in line for some of this low milage used lead?
(The low milage part is bs, this came from wheel weights) -

It is a heavy box for its size. 19 pounds and change. No one is going to throw this one but I bet it gets dropped at least once. It will be on its way in the morning.

The first postman that throws it is gonna need rotator cuff surgery. -
Used to sell copper ingots like this, and yes, those boxes need to be taped well !!! Had a few boxes that got to the buyers cut open due to someone stealing an ingot or two.
