Everything's back together and I settled on keeping a pair of Monitor 5's, with 5 Jr crossovers and a stock pair of Jr's (with just a bit more stuffing).
The Mortite did it's job and everthing sounds tight as a drum.

Just for Jollies, I'm going ahead with my inverted 5 Jr project, using my leftover pair.
I made a fiberglass patch for the tweeter hole, which will now be on the bottom.
The active woofer will be on top and the passive in the middle position.
I decided to mount jacks on the back side of the cabinets, so that I can add any tweeter array I wish and mount them to the top of the speakers.
This way I can try out my Jensen horns, try a time align tweeter or maybe even a Lineum 360 degree film tweeter ?

Polk 5 Jr's: "The Final Chapter".

After putting them right, I just sold them off to a new Polk convert.
It seems that motorcycle season is fast approaching and my time and money will be tied up in riding and tweaking my newest steed. (Suzuki Burgman 400)
I'm totally happy with my system as it stands (5B's & 5Jr.s with a Cambridge Soundworks subwoofer) and will lay back on the speakers until next winter, when I get bored again.

What model cambridge do you have? I ended up wiring my 8 inch Harman kardon subwoofer to my monitor 5s to relieve the lower bass work. Sounds good but worried of how it may have changed the impedance of the ohm load and what that may do to my amp and speakers.
