SDA 2A question

I fired up the speakers the other day and there was an echo. Almost like one speaker was lagging just slightly behind the other in sound output. I tried a few different tracks and had the same thing so I shut them off to make sure I didn't damage them.
I went and started search for an SDA echo but didn't find anything that answered my question as to why. I did verify that my Onkyo 876 receiver is a common ground. The negative terminals are at .3 ohms. I also verified all my connections.
I fired them up today to try a few different tracks. I started with the same song I started with when I had the echo and it was gone. I am definitely not complaining but still curious. Any insight would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Steve

Re-check all you connections and polarity. If you have the original blade/blade interconnect, make sure the blades and sockets are making good contact. A little DeoxIT wouldn't hurt on those connectors.Home Theater/2 Channel:

I flip between pure audio and stereo but I am usually in stereo mode. It's not doing it now in Pure Audio. Can you go into details about why that might cause an issue?
