    Which of the sound bars are good enough for casual TV? Or am I asking a taboo question? Lol...

    I am looking at the Polk sound bars for FF but i can't tell which is better.

    The 9000 was pretty impressive. I believe it has been replaced by the 9500.

    I could use a better subwoofer but looking for something more musical. Currently only have an HSU STF-2. Would the DSW PRO 660 be more musical, even if it is ported?

    I haven't heard the HSU, but from what I've read it's talked up as a musical sub. Anyway, I have the PRO 660wi in my HT rig. Does a respectable job for that, but musical it's not.

    Who ever has the coupon must jump on the 703s! They are insanely good, even at retail. DSkips recent get together confirms it. I would take the 703s over the others any day. Eff me, I do not have enough rooms.

    A man could get the 703's at half price, buy Skip's Plinius and be in audio nirvana. I feel certain that everyone who was Skip's that night would confirm that statement.

    I'd love to have the Plinius, but funds and setup won't allow for it.
