Broken record: 2nd tube amp in 3 days arrived smashed up

UPS are just grabage, I bought a high end Mystere amp and paid cash, Well its arrived all smashed on one of the transformers broken. I wasnt even going to mention this as I had questions like ' how does insurance work as I dont want ups to take it away and I never get my cash back' Today I received a Jolida from ups also…
