Got SDA-CRS+ with original stands real cheap from original owner.
He moved them all the way from Massachusetts and lost the interconnect cable.
I know whom to contact for that. Hint hint Larry...

Also missing are spikes on the stands.
Look good except few knicks and scratches on veneer.
Mid drivers move in/out freely.
Haven't tested them yet but PO said they work fine.

Oh, he also had a pair of JBL 2600 and Acoustic Research AR 206 HO bookshelves for sale.
Didn't need them but what the hell, I have so many already so got them as well.

    Very nice!

Regarding those JBL 2600s, I have a pair. Those titanium domes won't do you any favors and they have an UNBELIEVABLY HIGH FAILURE rate because there is a flaw in their construction!

Replace them with a pair of these partsexpress Vifas and you'll be surprised at how much better they'll sound!

Congrats, very nice find. You should make your own cable with SpeakOn connectors, and get rid of the pin/blade jacks altogether.
Agreed on the JBL Titanium Domes, like finger nails on a chalk board.

Mystery i just sold some beautiful AR 318ps tower & 216ps bookshelfs & 225ps center. Nice HT speakers IMO for what they are. I was leery when i bought them for cheap $$$. I redid the cabinets & they came out pretty nice. I just deleted the pictures on my computer :(

And I don't have a pin/blade cable, I sold you the only Blade/Blade I had, I will help you mod them for a DIY cable..

I had 2500's before so I am familiar on their sound.
I didn't get them to use but to flip.
As long as they work I can triple what I paid for them.

The AR's will make nice background bookshelves.

It's very embarrassing to even mention it for CRS+.

When I got there, owner said many others called after me.
I thanked him for holding it for me.
He said, "You were the 1st to call and I'm not going to sell to another person. After all, honor is something we have to keep in craigslist".
    True that! icon14.png

I was 1st caller even after 33 minutes of posting.

I had the exact pairs before so they are not new to me but the stands certainly are.

    Thanks.
If I go about replacing the pin/blade with speakon, need some guidance.
For now, I will just cram something.

    All speakers work.
I haven't tested the SDA's with interconnect cable but all drivers (except dimensional) seem to work fine.
I'm confident the dimensional drivers also work.
    Need to DIY something.

    NICE

When I bought my SDA 1C took with me for the demo an old radio shack speaker wire with RCA connectors on both ends, the outer ring (fingers) were bent outward and then broke off.
That's when I found one of the (dimensional) drivers was bad he knocked off $50 for that.

    Dimensional drivers work fine.

I made a DIY cable using thick speaker wire.
Used RCA leads for the pin and cut flat pieces from the same RCA casing that I removed to access the lead.
So one provides material for both the pin and blade.
    Works great.

You only need the pin, the blade side is really nothing without a dreadnought..

I thought so but some posts mention blade side is connected to ground so separated them out.
    Either way, it shouldn't hurt.

Blade side is connected to ground in order for the Dreadnought to work.
Good music, a good source, and good power can make SDA's sing. Tubes make them dance.
