    As much as I don't care about either team, I really hope that last game was a fluke, and next game will be evenly matched. It happens quite often that one team is so worn out from the previous 7-game series that they have no gas left in the tank, but in this case both teams went through 7-gamers... I want to see good hockey at this level!

    Budaj does not have a stellar playoff record by a mile. Well, he doesn't have any experience in playoffs. Plus he got shelled 3 for 8 in Price's relief in the first game.

    It was a good game last night (NY vs Mtl). Nailbiter to the last second. I still don't understand how the refs let Subban get away with all the dirty crap he does. Hes thrown more punches than Tyson at this point and gets off Scott free. Have had their chances but Lundquist is one hell of a goalie.

    I am going to agree with you mrbiron...Rangers. Alain Vigneault preached defense-defense-defense. Kings are very a north- south team. That shouldn't play well against Alain Vigneault system.

    Oh what a game! Kings on a short rest, down 2 goals in the 1st, and they come back and win it in OT! You could see that Rangers were way faster than Kings in this game. I am surprised Kings won.

    Yes. During the 3rd period I am thinking that if the only goals the Rangers can score are fluke goals (breakaway and a King accidentally kicking the puck in) they are going to lose the game, and The Cup.

    I'll admit I haven't been watching the playoffs until last night, but how the hell did NY even make it into the Final? With the exception of a couple good minutes in the 2nd, they looked clearly outmatched all night. The shots on goal numbers show how much they were on their heels. Even in a loss I give the MVP to Lundqvist because without him that game would have been ugly...

    And you'd think that NY would be the faster/fresher team after LA went 7 games in the conference finals. LA clearly looked slower in the game 1, but still managed to win... and then they rolled.
