    Finally found a copy of Rob Wasserman's Duets on cd. A K2HD mastering also. Was shocked they decided to reissue this one, been searching forever for a reasonably priced copy and it sounds GREAT.

    Mikey and Rick: Thanks for that question and answer re: Knopfler's guitars. Amazing list of gittars. But I guess that's Mark Knopfler we're talking about after all. I remember seeing the list of guitars and other stuff they sold at Les Paul's auction after he died and was pretty overwhelmed. I was asking myself when I looked at the Knopfler list of guitars and which albums/tours/songs went with each, who's the guy who actually puts together a list like that? I'm looking forward to the next time Knopfler tours the U.S., he opened up for Dylan last fall and played a pretty full 75 minute set, where i was lucky enough to see him a few times. He just got done with a pretty long tour of Europe where they idolize him and he plays in sold out stadiums, etc. The guy's incredible.

    I am sure a Sears guitar would sound great in his hands... He is a true Jedi Master of the guitar for sure.

    I'm astounded when I notice stuff on that list like somebody actually stole a guitar from Knopfler. First of all, how does that even happen? I mean, I guess I wasn't shocked when I heard about somebody stealing the Stones' equipment from Keif's house in southern France when they're all passed out on smack, but really, how low can you be?
