I used to lay on my back with my headphones on and look at the ceiling while listening to trance.

Check out Dntel if you like them. It's one of their members' solo project. Consequently Jenny has been in Rilo Kiley for years and you may want to check them out...albeit they are quite different.

The Nolans - I'm in the Mood for Dancing

This was a huge 1980 disco hit when I was stationed in England at the time. I have no idea why I'm listening to it again... maybe it's the memories of those English hotties I danced with. LOL! :D

Megadeth -- the system has failed.

Just picked this up today. Seems like they have gone back to their "roots" like the Rust in Peace and Countdown to Extinction days. I ain't believing it... after being so "commercial" since Youthanasia. This album is classic Megadeth and heavy.

A confession I have to make, I'm a closet headbanger. I grew up on Def Leppard, Megadeth, and Metallica. I may listen to Patricia Barber, Natalie Merchant, and Jazz nowadays... but its good to hear something like this every once and a while. Like totally radical.....
