Need yalls help. Seriously.

I made a post about this before, in more of a joke form. As of now, this is not funny to me and is going past my patient point.

Ups received this package the 3rd of Febuary in Washington. I have contacted them and they said contact my shipper. I have news for them, they ARE my shipper and they should be able to contact their facility and ask them WTF is going on.

Hording a package at their facility and shipping at their convenience(sp) is not my idea of a great company. I am asking yall to help me in the steps I need to take to get UPS to open their eyes and look that a package has not left their facility in 6 days. They're pissing me off.

I shipped a Pioneer Elite receiver to WA for Phoneisbusy on this forum. It is going to that area that it arrived in and UPS seems to fail to comply to my wishes for them to ship it. What might be their problem?

You should contact your shipper and see what he/she says. What does it say when you put in the tracking number? Recently I used the on-line shipping service and it let me make a shipping label and gave me a tracking number even though the package has not been picked up. Maybe a similar thing is going on here? Maybe the shipper has not delivered to ups yet?

I am the shipper. I sold this item to phoneisbusy.

The package arrived on Febuary 3rd in their facility. It has failed to leave the past 6 days. From that facility it will leave for devliery in WA. I have contacted UPS several time and the same reply each time, contact your shipper. Fact is, I am the shipper. I can't contact myself. I just don't see the complications in shipping a package?

Why not take your receipt down to their office and ask them why they lost your package?

I might have to. I emailed UPS while I was mad (probally wasnt a good idea). If they dont do anything I guess I will have to.

Sid, what is / was the expected date of delivery?

What facility is it in, the one in your town, or another?

When they ask you to contact your shipper, did you go straight to UPS, or ship through a 3rd party - office supply store, mail boxes etc, or some such?

I shipped SEVERAL items on the 3rd also, and the weather has been so bad 'up north' that a couple were delayed a day or two.

I went to UPS. They said Tommorow, if the package is not shipped or picked up they will ship it back to me. This is total BS.

I contacted UPS.

They said they would have a reply in 1 to 8 business days. They do NOT know where the package is and she will investigate. She forgot to mention that UPS sucks and that I doubt I will ship through them again. Other than that UPS was rather helpful. But the fact that they dont know where my package is...urks me.

haha, yeah.......there was one on the bottum........i guess i forgot to remove one.....oh well

However, the entire top is surround by paper. This paper has in HUGE writing the address, return address, and shippers phone number. The package shipped to washington, and then it was shipped to texas. Its kind of a wtf type deal?

I feel bad for the poor guy waiting for his receiver but man, rule number ONE: Remove all old shipping labels and so forth. Those guys with scanners don't look at handwritten labels they just scan the barcodes.

Once again, I'm not the one that started more than one post about how incompetent UPS is and how they were pissing you off and so forth.

I make LOTS of mistakes. I will say that I've never had a shipment misrouted because I didn't take the time to remove all the labels.

Ok Troy, let me put this little ordeal from my eyes into your eyes.

The box contains a sticker, that I did not know was there. UPS scanned this sticker on the bottum (top) and sent it to Russ. On the other side of the package is a huge block of white, and this white has 2 stickers, and huge printed address. The package arrived in Washington and then was shipped to Russ.

Now, heres where my point of view is coming into play. I am man enough to sit here and say I messed up. It was a mistake.

But here's what I see from you. I see an immature act from you; like you always play with my posts and happenings. Fact is, Im paying more the mishap, its here and its over. If you wish to carry it on, I have a PM box. You can harrass me all you wish. Your posts are uncalled for.

Troy canceled the gathering for all I know. Troy and I dont get along. That is a simple and known fact.

Well the mystery is solved. I'm sure Sid's feeling a bit sheepish but in his defense, he's been keeping track of the packaging a lot more dilligently then I was.

I probably would have been getting concerned about now but I appreciate Sid keeping tabs on package. Sid even called me at work to tell me of the situation. Pretty responsible.

Thanks Sid, now hopefully, we can figure a way to get the package up to me.

Yeah, I plan to ship out a M/O to Russ for the shipping fees ASAP. I have to scounge up another 10. It should be anywhere from 30-40 dollars.
