RT25i Bass Rattle?

The driver in one speaker seems to have developed a slight rattle. Can it be fixed or must the driver be replaced? Polk does sell replacements, but I was wondering if there might be other fixes. I have loved these speakers. (RT25i)

Hi, and welcome to Club Polk. Check for obvious things like loose mounting screws front and back. If those check out, pull the woofer and see if there's something in the cabinet that's loose. Examine the woofer carefully. It's possible the spider is torn or partially detached.Home Theater/2 Channel:
