I have a Soundbar 6000, My remote control only works occasionally, I have had the battery tested and that is fine. What could the issue be.

    Sunlight will stop IR signals , you could have some interference. Or you simply could have a remote going bad.

    CFL bulbs will also wreak havoc with IR remotes. Test this by turning the light off and seeing if the remote works.
