Uh...those are the good ones with the clear plastic thumbscrews. He should store them crossed at 90 degrees to prevent the co-valent convolution capacitance reduction.

Those jumpers provide a significant improvement over stock jumpers. You might say the difference is like "night and day".
Do you hear that buzzing noise?

I don't think that applies here. Overpriced? Maybe. Will it make a difference if you're using plates? Don't see how it wouldn't.

don't get me wrong, jumpers do make a difference from the cheap metal bars included with speakers, i just don't think jumpers priced this high will make that amount of difference to justify the price.

The cost is literally chump change for some in this hobby, on par with the rest of their system for others and 3X the amount of what some others have in their entire system. For those of us who want to keep their system to the utmost of playback capabilities, if one can afford it, the cost is negligible because the end result as to what hits our ears is the only thing that matters.

With that said, they may not be worth the cost even to those who can afford these because they may not react the way the user intended. You know, synergy and all. This may cause said user to go looking for ones that cost even more to find that audio nirvana. For some gear listeners with unlimited wallets, these may be considered a "trial" or "experiment" just to see if something they read somewhere works in their system or not.

Point is, they may be considered expensive to some. That's not unreasonable. They aren't snake oil though, just because they come with a higher price tag than some are used too.

If one thinks they cost too much, one doesn't have to purchase them.

To some, you mean to most!

Come on Tom, how could any sane person justify those. At most, that's only $400 worth of material(without the case)...which is still pretty ridiculous if you think about it. This is coming from someone who also uses the same brand connectors(WBT).

To most who are not in our hobby? Absolutely. To those who only have that much invested in their entire system system? Yes. To those who are die hard audiophiles with the best of systems trying to reach the last 3% of their system? No, I said some and I meant some. Had you told me decades ago that I would one day have a set of IC's that cost as much as they did, I would have laughed and laughed real hard. Thing is, it was those IC's that made my system and since then I have more of them because I know what they do for the end result. You know full well that their are many in this hobby [and some within this forum] that 1.5K, while still a sizeable chunk of change, is really nothing compared to what they have spent over the years as a result of this hobby.

Mr. DSkip has a point. Most here are not the target customer. For the market they are targeting, 1.5K for something that is not a component [although to some in that market, they are considered just that] may just make or break a system. They wouldn't bother to make it unless there was a market for it. If I had the money right now, I would be in the market for this. Well, that is until I could afford a pair of Transparent OPUS MM2 Speaker Cables.

When you look up the price of those, how could any sane person justify them? Some have and some will.
