RIP Nick Corso. Like many have said, 96 is amazing and he did have one hell of a life no matter what.
Everyone that still has one... call your grandfather tomorrow... before he's gone. Likewise, if no grandfather left... call your dad.
If no dad left... call your son.
If no dad, granddad, or son... call someone you love and loves you. You never know when its going to be too late to say it. -
Sorry for your loss.
I lost mine a few years ago. I took it a bit hard. I bottled up at first then realized he was gone. He was like a father to me. But it gets better , the bitter goes away and all the happy moments stick with you for the rest of your life. My Grandfather is always in my heart.Dan

My condolences. You had a nice long run with your Dad. I lost mine a few years ago, in his mid-eighties.
96 is really something! Most of us won't get there, I'm sad to say.

Sorry to hear about your grandpa Steve. My grandfather died at 94 (also a good ripe age). He had a good long life, and so did yours. Prayers sent for you and your family.
Taken from a recent Audioholics reply regarding "Club Polk" and Polk speakers:
"I'm yet to hear a Polk speaker that merits more than a sentence and 60 seconds discussion."
My response is: If you need 60 seconds to respond in one sentence, you probably should't be evaluating Polk speakers.....

I love how music can brighten up a bad day. -
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, Steve. I was glad to see your statement that he lived not only a long life, but a full life even to near the end. That in itself is a dear blessing. May he rest in peace and live on in your memories.integrated w/DAC module Gryphon Diablo 300

Saw burlesque, saw "newfangled" stuff come along like radio, B & W TV, COLOR TV , mono/stereo/quad/tubes/ss/vinyl/CD/DVD/MP3 (wasn't all good), horses/cars/planes/Spaceships!, and the transition from having to rent your landline black telephone from AT&T to what we have now.
Lots of other stuff, too. I'm sure you miss him, Steve, but just remember that he had one hell of a ride.Sunfire Theater Grand IV
