I gained a bit after the kids (sympathy weight!). I found cutting out dessert really helped because it is empty calories and you eat them close to bedtime. i remember when my wife had gone on a trip and I was home alone, anytime I had a dessert craving in evening, I just went to bed for the night instead. Didn't eat the excess calories and made a dent into my sleep debt. Keep up the good work! I have an uncle who had a lot of back pain and was looking at having knee replacement surgery. He had put on a lot of weight over the years. He decided to drop some weight (50 lbs or so) and lo and behold, knees didn't hurt anymore and his back felt a lot better...no more surgery required, not to mention he feels a lot better and energetic.lsim705,lsim706c,lsif/x(4)+mc80(atmos)
