Originally we have deal for 8 drivers for $160.00 that means only $20.00each MW6503's.
When he received the packages he said that 4-drivers were damaged by shipping, 2 are dented, 2 are OK.
Instead of 4 drivers for $80.00 now sums only 2 for $80.00
He asked me if I will still want the damages ones to include.
So if we split it. I can get only 1 driver that is OK and the other dented.

Question: If the shipping is the problem it is anusual that most drivers are damages. OK fine...

Now the question is:
Where are these drivers came from now that he sell and sold in perfect condition?

I previously had one(1) 6503 driver for sale in another earlier thread. I had another two in motion when I was completing a project. It turns out I do not need them, so why covet them.

All three(3) are in perfect working condition. One has some packing tape residue around the outer edge, but is not visible when installed. The remaining two, have no imperfections that I can identify.

He gave one to Russ and sold 1 previously, 3 more and said All three(3) are in perfect working condition.

From what you just said, there were 4 salvagable drivers in the lot of 8, and he sold them, big deal. Can't say that I blame him for trying to get what he could out of them, seeing as YOU screwed him on the money end of the deal.

Nothing but speculation and paranoia on your part. How many working and non working drivers did Mark have prior to your deal? You have no way of knowing that answer, do you?

How do you know he didn't scrap whatever project he was working towards, and how many working or non working drivers he had in said project? You can't answer that either, can you?

Keep trying to put a spin on it, regardless it doesn't change the fact YOU still didn't keep your original deal with Mark, and you went behind his back from the GET GO.

I love how this has turned into a BIG conspiracy from Mark to extort $80 from Har. Pretty elaborate plan, for $80.

For the record, I needed 3 6503's for my 15's. Hoosier sent me 2, Mark sent me 1 - and neither asked for ANY monies in return.

The drivers that I am selling now stupid, Har that is, are from Jesse.....he picked them up for me from an Audio Karma member. That is another fine website that is way beyond your mental capacity to even be a member. I will let F1Nut elaborate on that deal, as he worked it on his end. So there's your answer Sherlock.

LOWDOWN: I needed (2)two 6503 drivers for a project to be completed. Yes, the deal was for (8)eight drivers...Har was in charge of all communication with the seller, he told me to "trust him" and he would work out the details. I trusted him, and when he contacted me next, asked if I would front the money for the transaction so he could avoid duties into Canada. I said that I would be willing to do that, and asked if the details were solid, and if he felt confident with the seller...he said yes.

I UPS 2nd Day Air'd the money, and while slow on shipment, the drivers finally were shipped and eventually arrived at my location. When I picked up the box, all the drivers inside were bouncing around, it was not a good sign. The box itself was fine, taped well, but I knew there was going to be a problem. I opened and inspected the box contents to find that the "packing" material was simply newspaper...which we all know compresses eventually, and is not a good packing material for 8, 3+lb/each drivers.

I inspected the drivers to find that (4)four had seized onto the voice coil. That is not good. (2)two were ok, and another (2)two were ok, but had small dents on the outer edge.

I contacted Har and told him of this problem, and that's when he turned into Mr. ****.

1: He blamed me for lying, and said that I had this planned all along....that he "knew I would do this"...that's a qoute.

2: He previously had an arrangement with the SELLER to "mark" the drivers in a way, that I would not know about, so that he would know if I sent him the correct drivers...also a qoute.

He said that he wanted to make sure I didn't switch them with my previously bad, MW6503 drivers.

3: He handled all shipping arrangements, and requested the Priority Mail shipping...and nothing else. Should I have made sure he had squared this away? Yes but I did not do so, I trusted him to handle the arrangements.

FIRST OF ALL, I would not switch or have ruined this deal at all, at any time, for any reason. Why would I have? What possible reason can you offer Har? None you loser.

Guilty? **** you freakshow. Second of all, the drivers that I had previously said M10 on the back. I never told Har about my project, not that I recall, so he would not know that fact. The drivers we were purchasing, said RTA15 on the back. Now if he thinks that I would try to substitute a M10 driver for a RTA15 driver, tho' they are the same type....he is simply retarded.

The secret method of "marking" the drivers was fine, I could care less, but wanna know the big secret???? ......................a big black "X" on the rear of the driver magnet structure.

I figured that if 4 drivers were lost, then since we went in 50/50...we would assume two bad drivers each, and chalk it up to bad judgement. Realize that at this point Har is out NOTHING, Doro is out $160. I was fine with taking a loss, this **** happens.

BUT NO!!!.... NOT MR. FANCY PANTS HAR NAVALTA

And as to your question about extra drivers, that's been answered...Jesse picked me up some, and I also bought others for spares. The moron in Hawaii is not the only Holy Grail source of used drivers you stupid freak.

What I gave to Russ was way after you had ceased to answer a single email of mine after this transaction. I made every attempt to reconcile with you, but you just wanted to suck yourself off.

Har made no attempt to contact me, or the seller for problem resolution. He just went on his merry little way, and ignored all communication from me afterwards.

Har has also been on the forum, under other names while the dispute was going on between us. I imagine that he knew I was very angry which I was.

If the forum thinks that I have acted inappropriately in any way, thru that transaction...then please speak up. I have used foul language, but that just comes with the territory. I apologize if I have offended anyone, except Har Navalta.

LC - I left that to Har to finalize. I should have checked and made sure the arrangements were proper, that's my fault. That is why I was fine with assuming two bad drivers out of the deal, is just par for the course.

Har - You can really go screw yourself. You are not even a man. You honestly thought you would just waltz back into the forum, and act as if nothing happened? There is a core group of Polkies here that are simply genuinely concerned with each others well being, they are my friends. Russman, TroyD, Polkatese, Hoosier21, F1Nut, Bionic Muchroom, Grimster, HBomb...and a host of others. This forum sticks together, and YOU want to play games with it.

Jesse(F1Nut) really honestly could not believe that you wouldn't even email me to talk about what happened, you just washed your hands of it. He honestly wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt, but you decided to tell him to **** off also.

You are 100% unbelievable, you burned a couple long standing Polk relationships....some new ones, AND made yourself look like an ****. BRAVO!!! You are a genius....and for what? $80. That just shows how much you really value the forum and its members.

Some time ago, Russ went and picked up a pair of Mon 7's that ol' har bought (from a third party) and shipped him to him. What did Russ get in return? A thank you? An offer of a few bucks for some gas and a combo meal for his time and effort? NOPE. Ol' Har here accuses him of swapping drivers on him.

Sounds like either Har genuinely believes doro had a scheme, which by the way is completely unworthy of scheming (too much effort for too little return), or he has chosen to screw doro because he wasn't willing to go after the seller, who has effectively screwed you both.

Comments: The "**** number 1" award goes to the seller, who shouldn't be allowed to ship anything of value without adult supervision; then we have "**** number 2," Har, who made the calculated decision to screw an innocent party (bad decision, you have to go after the seller regardless of how difficult/futile the situation seems), while rewarding "**** number 1" for **** both plaintiff and defendant, the former of which went out of his way to front the entirety of the seller's asking price.

The Verdict: The finding is for the plaintiff, doro, for the full amount of $80.00 plus any court costs he may have incurred.

Mark, you have every right to be pissed off, I would. It's unfortunate since the golden rule of an honor system, especially between trusted friends, was broken. The only thing I can say is, especially ring true during this time of the year, I am counting my blessings and be thankful of the family and friendships. And lastly, I believe that what goes around comes around for him.

Everything Mark has stated is true. I did buy two MW6503's from a gentleman on AK for $30.00 shipped and they arrived at my house very well packed, no damage. I gave them to Mark and he paid me for them. I've gotten to know Mark (we live 10 minutes apart) and he would never, ever do anything close to what Har has stated.

I'm very disappointed with you, Har. I thought we were friends, but I can't be friends with someone who behaves like a effn fool. I think it would be best if you stopped coming here. Perhaps you should seek professional mental help, because there is something wrong with the way you think.

I will feel very sorry personally if Har is outcast. Are you guys sure you gave him enough time to make things right? Even if so I would give enough time to think things through in case there is some other issue. Some times a little more time is needed to make a mature decision.

The first contact Har and I initiated was on 10/29/03. There was more than enough time to have this resolved amicably, he chose not to handle it at all.

I could care less whether he stays or goes. He is a forum contributor when he is not insane, so he should do what he wishes. I would hope he at least stop playing login name games with the forum, and stop the deception.

I don't expect anything from him, it is not part of his nature for anything else than has been displayed.

Thanks to those true forum users that posted, but its over, and the holidays are upon us. Have a great holiday, and nogs all around.
