What's wrong with SDA-2?

I'm picking up a pair this weekend (I hope, I haven't heard from seller in a few days) and have been reading some negative comments about this model. I love the way they look; very similar to Vandy 2Cs and they seem to use well respected drivers. What gives? EDIT: I still don't even have a photo of what I'm buying. Which…
