:cheesygrin:LOL! Thanks Pit, but that's not allowed either, that thread got banned right along with the beautiful babe thread and was never resurrected. But I knew that it was just a matter of time before another near naked girl thread popped up and it did. I know which thread it is and I stay out of it. Like I said so long as the majority of the pics stay in that thread I don't have a problem with it. As for me there are much better sites for me to go and drool near naked/naked dudes. And I am perfectly fine with that, this subject is not one that I come to this site for.
If people will respect my wishes in this and refrain from posting them in other threads, I will not be bothered by the other thread. This site probably gets hundreds of visitors each and every day. If this is the first impression you want to give of this board to others that might have an interest in this companies speakers and forum members so be it. But Polk has and continues to make clear that some of these impressions are bad and unacceptable and will no longer be tolerated.
So continue on and let the chips/time outs/bans fall where they may.

They have half naked women posing for ads in magazines and newspapers. Most of the rest of the world laughs at how uptight Americans are about nudity and this isn't even that, she has her privates covered. I find that a peculiarly male attitude. There is such a thing as appreciation vs exploitation. One thing to portray the feminine idea with a touch of grace, respect, reverence. Quite another to implant some fake mams and throw them in a thong hugging a tree rather suggestive of the phallic.
Of course given your posts I would never expect anything but coarse and non-granular distinctions.

All I'm saying, and I agree with CFrizz, that this isn't the Elks Lodge. IMO it shows a lack of respect for other forum members. And no Cathy doesn't need to grow a thick skin.
You seem to be confusing a few issues here. I'm not advocating being a prude. I'm just saying a little respect to Cathy and other female members here isn't being unreasonable. I see her point of view. -

Political correctness has a basic flaw. If all views are equal, why do some who embrace this view feel the need to push this agenda as the correct one at the same time demonizing other views as incorrect?

Agreed Cathy is an adult. I believe as a well respected and actively participating member she's simply asked this stuff be kept to an agreed to thread. It's not asking anyone to stop. It's asking for bit of common courtesy. A bit of respect. Not to much to ask IMO.
