I mean...I freaking hold my bundle of zip ties together...with a zip tie.

Duct tape...consider yourself knocked off your pedestal.

Don't forget WD40. As the old saying goes "if it moves and shouldn't, duct tape. If it doesn't move but should, WD40".

so are 550, zip ties, and cargo straps, and i prefer a piece of 14 gage wire to a twist tie, or some mild steel welding rod, 20-22 gauge

If it's wrong to be a pig, then I don't want to be right.

Zip ties and velcro are both good. Tend to use zip ties more since they are stronger outdoors.

Love me some Loctite too. And don't get me started on LED flashlights.

And you can get them in different colors and sizes! Zip ties, for when you are sure; velcro for when you are not.

If you are going to include tools in this, then you better break out the vice grips.

I have one of these too. They are great for choosing the right tension as to not damage the cables. Plus it cuts the ties off nice and flush.
