Specs are near the bottom. I was disappointed to see the 400 watt power rating is at 2 ohms. Overall range is listed down to 20hz with a -3 db rating at 30hz. -
The PSW650 listed -28 hz at -3db. It's 165 watt power rating doesn't list ohms or THD level.

Could be both drivers are 4 ohm and wired in parallel. Each driver is seeing 200 watts continuous - not bad for a 10" unit.
F3 at 30 Hz makes sense for that size vented enclosure using 10" drivers. If it were a few inches bigger in dimension all around, Polk might have been able to squeeze another 5 Hz out of it."What we do in life echoes in eternity"
