Sound quality is subjective. I think your system looks nice but I can't tell if I like it's sound quality with my Macbook Pro's internal speakers. I'm sure it's nice in person.

Do you like they way it sounds?

I love the MD2's and Unison has a nice sound to them. I wish I could afford both. What's the rest of your rig?

I'm contemplating moving up to MD1's again. Not quite as steep in price as the MD2 and would probably work very well in my 14x12 theater room. I'm having issues throwing another $650 into them, basically just for a tweeter upgrade over my 6311's. I still think the 6 series is quite a statement piece at that price range with the tower design.

Eastern Electric Minimax dac, Squeezebox Touch, and JPS cables.

The diamond is excellent but can sound bright with some amps (I tried with Rogue magnum and Musical Fidelity a5 int amps), especially on bright recordings. I like the 6311 as well.

Probably this is different than the Usher Demo CD that I got.

BTW, the name of the song and artist discovered by Shazam is:

    Song: 再愛我一次
